Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of beefixpro.com (the “Website”) and appliance repair services provided by BeeFixPro (“BeeFixPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Website, booking an appointment, approving an estimate, or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or request service through it.

BeeFixPro provides local household appliance diagnosis, maintenance, and repair in the service areas published on our Website. Availability varies by location, technician coverage, appliance, and appointment schedule.

BeeFixPro is an independent appliance repair business. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of any appliance manufacturer or brand.

Use of the Website

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Website for personal, lawful purposes. Services and appointment booking

Appointment timing

Appointment windows and arrival times are estimates, not guarantees. Timing may change because of traffic, weather, technician availability, prior service calls, access conditions, parts, emergencies, or other operational factors. We may contact you to confirm, reschedule, or modify an appointment when necessary.

BeeFixPro may refuse, reschedule, modify, or discontinue a service request where reasonably necessary for safety, access, availability, nonpayment, abusive conduct, inaccurate information, or circumstances outside our control.

Estimates, pricing, and payment

Prices shown on the Website are starting rates or general information unless expressly identified as a fixed quote. Final pricing may vary based on appliance type, issue, diagnostic findings, parts, labor, service location, accessibility, and other service requirements.

Any service-call fee, diagnostic fee, repair estimate, or other charge will be communicated before applicable work begins. By approving a repair, you authorize the described work and agree to pay the approved charges. Payment is due at the time stated on the estimate, invoice, or service agreement unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Taxes, special-order parts, return visits, disposal, delivery, installation, or additional work may be charged where applicable and will be disclosed before authorization whenever reasonably possible.

Parts, availability, and warranty

Some repairs require replacement parts. Availability, price, delivery time, compatibility, and manufacturer status may vary. BeeFixPro is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable or discontinued parts, supplier or manufacturer delays, special orders, incorrect model information, shipping disruption, or customer-supplied parts.

Warranty

BeeFixPro's standard warranty on completed household appliance repairs is 90 days for parts and labor, beginning on the repair completion date. Coverage details and any repair-specific limitations are documented on the applicable estimate, invoice, or written warranty.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, inadequate maintenance, electrical or power problems, water or pest damage, unauthorized repairs, manufacturer defects, pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied parts, unrelated failures, or failure to provide reasonable access for warranty service.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance and work area. This includes ensuring access to the service address, clearing the surrounding area, securing pets, disclosing known hazards, and providing accurate appliance and contact information.

You are responsible for backing up or protecting any data stored on smart appliances when applicable and for following operating, maintenance, and safety instructions provided by the manufacturer or technician.

Cancellation and access

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. A missed appointment, late cancellation, unsafe property condition, or inability to access the appliance may result in a fee where disclosed before the appointment.

Website content and third-party services

The Website and its content, including text, images, graphics, logos, design, layout, and service descriptions, are owned by BeeFixPro or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or exploit Website content without prior written permission, except for personal use permitted by law.

The Website may include third-party scheduling, CRM, payment, map, review, analytics, advertising, social media, or communication services. Third parties maintain their own terms and privacy practices. BeeFixPro is not responsible for third-party content, security, policies, actions, or availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeFixPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or services. For a claim directly related to paid services, BeeFixPro’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Dispute resolution and governing law

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact BeeFixPro and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally. Unless applicable law requires a different rule, these Terms and disputes relating to the Website or services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue will lie in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website or services after an update means the revised Terms apply to subsequent use.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
